Serenity and safety are guaranteed

NO SMOKING POLICY

Smoking or firing on candles and any other open flame inside the housings is strictly forbidden, and will result in a charge of €100,00.

 

PETS

Not allowed inside the housings.

 

ADMISSION

ALAMIRÉ Suites & Studios is a family-run accommodation, so there is no 24-hour front-desk service.

Check-in: from 4:00pm to 8:00pm, by appointment, unless otherwise arranged.

Please note: Late check-in after 10.00pm requires an extra-charge of € 20.00.

Check-out: from 7:00am to 12:00am, unless otherwise arranged.

Housing keys must be returned at check-out. Loss of keys will result in a charge of € 50,00.

Security reasons and statutory duties don’t allow access inside the housings to people different from registered guests or unauthorized by the owner. It is also not allowed to organize any kind of event, meeting, or party.

 

PAYMENT

For all confirmed bookings a DEPOSIT EQUIVALENT TO ONE-NIGHT RATE is required. It has to be validated and documented WITHIN 24 HOURS from the availability inquiry.

OFFLINE (agreed directly with the Property):

a) BANK TRANSFER to Crédit Agricole-Cariparma account - IBAN Code: IT92H0623012700000090318496 

b) VISA - MASTERCARD: secure payment by credit card through NEXI's Pay-by-Link service. An email will be sent with a link for the payment

The Balance has to be paid on arrival by cash or credit card (VISA circuit, Euro/Mastercard, CartaSì. Please not AMEX).

 

CANCELLATION POLICIES - NO-SHOW/LATE ARRIVAL - EARLY DEPARTURE

Free cancellation up to 10 days before arrival.

Special/flat rates don’t provide for this cancellation policy with non refundable deposit.

No-shows and bookings cancelled after this deadline will be charged the first night’s stay.

Late arrivals or early departures will never be refunded.

 

DISCLAIMER - LIABILITY

ALAMIRÉ Suites & Studios doesn’t accept liability for damage, loss or injury to any property warded or left unattended inside housings, in the shared spaces of the building, or nearby.

Any damage caused to the housings or their contents will be charged for repair or making good if the damage’s amount is over € 100,00. 

 

GUARANTIES AND PRIVACY

Personal details will only be processed to guarantee the reservation, and to comply with legal duties and contractual terms.

 

QUIETNESS

It is not allowed to play musical  instruments, sing/vocalize loudly, or cackle, or even organize any type of noisy event interfering with the right to rest of other residents.

HOUSEKEEPING

It is carried out from 1:00pm to 4:00pm. If the room is not available in this time period, cleaning is postponed to the next day.

Complete housekeeping with fully change of towels & linens are carried out twice a week/every two days depending on the length of the stay.
